If your company or you as a self-employed professional or small business owner has chosen the StromNow Fleet solution, you first need to create a Business profile in the StromNow app.
This profile is then used for all business charging sessions.
Requirement
To use the Business profile, an active StromNow Fleet Portal is required.

How to set up your Business profile in the app
You can set it up directly in the StromNow app:
1. Open the Me section
Go to the Me section in the top right corner of the app.
2. Open “Payment Profiles”
Tap on “Payment Profiles”.
3. Select “Fleet”
Under the other profile options, you will find “Fleet”. Tap on it.
4. Enter the invitation code
Enter your invitation code or the code provided to you.
5. Activate your Business profile
Once the code has been entered successfully, your Business profile will be activated and can then be used for business charging sessions.
Important for business charging sessions
Once your Business profile is active, make sure to select this profile for all business charging sessions.
Charging sessions started with this profile are not billed directly to the employee or user.
Instead, the related invoices are sent directly to the Fleet Portal, where they are processed as part of the monthly consolidated billing.
Who is this for?
The StromNow Fleet solution is designed for self-employed professionals and small businesses, as well as for larger companies with multiple vehicles or employees.
Depending on the size of the company, management can either be handled centrally by the company or individually by users within the Fleet structure.
