Why a Payment Might Fail

Your bank blocked or declined the payment request
Your account balance was insufficient at the time of the charge
Your payment method expired or became invalid
There was a technical restriction or temporary issue with your bank
What Happens If a Payment Fails

If the payment has not been received after a certain period, you will automatically receive a payment reminder via email.
Please check your payment method and contact your bank if necessary.Overdue Notice (Dunning Process)
If we still don’t receive payment or hear back from you, your account will automatically move into our dunning process.
You’ll then receive an overdue notice with additional instructions.

Make sure that StromNow is authorized for direct debit or automatic collection with your bank.
This will allow us to re-enable automatic billing on your account and prevent future issues.
If automatic collection cannot be reactivated, the open invoice must be paid manually via bank transfer.

How to Avoid Payment Issues

Check that your bank allows direct debit transactions from StromNow.
