How to Find Your Invoices
1. Open the App
Start the StromNow app on your smartphone.
2. Go to the “Activity” Section
Tap on the “Activity” tab in the main menu.
3. Select “Invoices”
In the “Invoices” section, you’ll find a clear list of all your past invoices.
Here, you can view, download, or print each invoice at any time.
Viewing Individual Charging Sessions Before Invoicing
Although invoices are only generated at the end of each month, you can already view your individual charging sessions in the app beforehand — as soon as your Charge Point Operator (CPO) has transmitted the session data to us.
You’ll find these sessions under “Activity → Charging Sessions.”
Each session includes detailed information such as location, duration, and energy consumption.
Note: If a charging session hasn’t appeared yet, it’s usually because the CPO hasn’t transmitted the data. It will automatically show up as soon as the data becomes available.

1. Where can I find my invoices?

Here, you’ll find all your monthly invoices clearly organized and available for download.
2. Can I view individual charging sessions before the invoice is created?
Yes! As soon as we receive the session data from the CPO, it will automatically appear under “Activity → Charging Sessions.”
This lets you keep track of your charging activity even before your monthly invoice is sent.
3. I can’t find my invoice — what should I do?
First, make sure you’re logged into the correct account.
