You can now play an even more active role in shaping StromNow and submit your ideas directly in the app.
In the Me section, under Support, you will find the new “Help Shape StromNow” area. There, you can submit your own feature requests, view suggestions from other users, and vote for the ideas you like most.
How to submit a feature request
1. Open the Me section
Open the StromNow app and go to the Me section.
2. Select Support
Scroll down to the Support section.
3. Open “Help Shape StromNow”
Tap “Help Shape StromNow” to open the feature request overview.
4. Submit your idea
Describe your idea as clearly as possible and briefly explain how the feature would benefit you and other users.
Discover feature requests from the community
In the overview, you can also browse suggestions submitted by other users.
If you like an idea, you can upvote it. This helps make it clear which features matter most to the community.
The more upvotes a feature request receives, the higher it will rank within the community.
How are new features prioritized?
We want to make sure that we build StromNow for our users and develop the app based on what the community actually needs.
When prioritizing new features, we consider factors such as:
the number of upvotes
the potential value for as many users as possible
the expected impact on the charging experience
technical feasibility
Feature requests with the highest user impact and the most upvotes will receive greater priority in our planning.
Please note that submitting or upvoting a feature request does not guarantee that it will be implemented. However, your votes help us understand which features matter most to the community.
