Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Charging Stations
Open the App and Access the Charging Map
Open the StromNow app and tap the "Charging Map" section in the top left. This will display a map with numerous charging stations.
Identify Charging Stations
On the map, you can recognize charging stations by the lightning icons:
Green: Charging station is available.
Red: Charging station is blocked or out of order.
Gray: No current information available.
View Details
Tap on a charging station to see more details. You will find information such as:
Connector Types: Compatibility with your vehicle.
Prices: Charging fees per kWh or per minute.
Availability: Current status display.
Price Comparison: Compare prices with other providers to find the best deals for your charging needs.
Additional Features: Street View, charging power, and nearby amenities (e.g., restaurants or toilets).

Use Filters and Search
Search: Enter an address, charging station, or street in the bottom bar to search for specific locations.
Filters: At the top left, you'll find a settings icon. In the 'Personal' section under 'Filter Settings', tap the filter to:
Connector Types: Filter by vehicle compatibility.
Charging Power (kW): Select stations by desired charging speed.
Availability: Display only available stations.
Preferred Operators: Choose your favorite charging station providers.
Nearby: Show stations with additional services like toilets, restaurants, supermarkets, or hotels.
Favorites: Tap the heart icon to add a charging station to your favorites for easy access later.
Important Notes
Not All Charging Stations Are Available: Please note that not all stations shown on the map are available for use. Some stations might be out of order, managed by different providers, or not connected to our network.
