In this article, you’ll learn when and how you receive your StromNow invoices, how the billing period works, and what happens after you complete a charging session.
Once a charging session has been completed, you will receive your invoice as soon as the session has been processed.
In most cases, this happens shortly after the charging session ends. In some cases, however, it may take a little longer if the session needs to be reviewed manually.
How Invoice Creation Works

The invoice is automatically created as soon as the charging session has been fully processed.Invoice Delivery
Your invoice is then sent to you by email. You can also find it in the app in the Statistics section under “Invoices”.
Why Can an Invoice Be Delayed?
In some cases, invoice creation may be delayed. This is especially possible if a charging session needs to be reviewed manually. The invoice can only be created and sent once this review has been completed.
