Automatic payment collection is working reliably again
After switching our payment provider at the end of May, automatic payment collection is now working reliably again and without issues.
This means that outstanding payments should now be processed much more securely and consistently.
New in-app feature for outstanding payments
At the beginning of June, a new feature will also be added to the app:
It will allow you to trigger automatic payment collection yourself directly in the app with just one tap.
This is especially helpful if your account has been temporarily blocked due to an outstanding payment and you are standing at a charging station ready to charge. In that case, you can solve the issue yourself directly in the app without needing to contact support.
Good news about EZE
We also have good news regarding EZE:
The partnership has now been officially confirmed.
We are using June to reactivate the roaming connection, so that EZE charging stations can gradually become available again via StromNow.
Fleet Portal is live
Our B2B solution is now complete. With the new StromNow Fleet Portal, we now offer a central solution for companies and fleets.
With the Fleet Portal, it is now possible to:
manage fleets
get a central overview of business charging sessions
review costs and invoices
organize multiple drivers, vehicles, or charging cards
return to monthly billing

Further improvements in June

StromNow continues to grow when it comes to operators as well. Many partners are already available, and more are being added continuously.

We have also now reached well over 1.1 million charging points across Europe.
Android version
We are continuing to work on the Android version. The release of the Android app is still planned for summer.
