With the AI tab (at the top of the app’s toolbar), our StromNow AI helps you with questions about e-mobility and more. You can ask the AI to find the nearest charging station or plan a route to Munich, for example. Just type (or speak) your question and go.
What is the AI tab?
The AI tab is your fast lane to StromNow AI. Instead of searching for a long time, just ask, the AI provides relevant suggestions and answers.
Examples: What you can ask
“Where’s the nearest charging station?”
“Plan a route to Munich.”
“Show available fast chargers nearby.”
“What are my options on today’s route?”
Tip: Be specific about what you need (destination, charge level needed, etc.). The clearer your request, the faster the AI can respond with the right answer.
How to use the AI tab
Open AI: Tap AI at the top toolbar.
Ask a question: Enter your request (e.g., “Plan a route to Munich”).
Review suggestions: The AI will show relevant options and information.
Continue in app: From the answer, jump directly to the right section (e.g., Route Planner, Stations).
Data note
Information about prices, availability, opening hours, and POIs is based, where shown, on live data from operators/partners and may change at short notice. Always follow local signage on site.
