With the Pro subscription, you can get a Classic Card for free as part of a current promotion. In this article, you’ll learn when the offer applies and how to redeem your free charging card.
When does the offer apply?
The free Classic Card is only available with a newly purchased Pro subscription and only if the respective offer is shown in the app or paywall.

The offer only applies to the regular Pro subscription
Trials are excluded

How to redeem your free Classic Card
1. Purchase the Pro subscription
Purchase the Pro subscription. You can only redeem the free Classic Card if the offer was shown in the paywall.
2. Go to the Me section
Open the StromNow app and go to the Me section.
3. Open “Charging Cards”
Tap on “Charging Cards”.
4. Select the promotion banner
If your subscription qualifies for the promotion, you will see a banner for the free Classic Card there.
5. Tap “Redeem”
Tap “Redeem”. You will then receive a voucher code directly in the app.
6. Redeem the voucher code in the StromNow Shop
You can then redeem this voucher code during checkout in the StromNow Shop.
Once the code has been redeemed successfully, you will receive the Classic Card free of charge.
Important notes
The voucher code is only shown if your subscription meets the requirements of the promotion
The offer only applies to the Classic Card
The free card must be redeemed through the intended checkout process in the StromNow Shop using the voucher code
Without a valid voucher code, the card cannot be ordered for free
To use this feature, you need at least app version 4.2.0.
